General SummaryTo provide accurate and timely processing of all paperwork required for military and veteran students utilizing VA and TA benefits to ensure clearance for class. Assists with the retention of military-connected students.
Responsibilities- Prepare and submit enrollment certifications for all military-connected students.
- Act as the administrator for the Military Scholarship.
- Work at traditional school recruiting events when needed.
- Maintain proactive communication with all military-connected students.
- Responsible for timely customer service for all military-connected students.
- Maintain records for yellow ribbon scholarships and supply information needed to the business office and financial aid office.
- Responsible for annual renewal of Yellow Ribbon program participation.
- Act as primary contact for the State Approving Agency for VA.
- Responsible for completion of external military and veteran surveys.
- Various other duties as determined by leadership.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Detail-oriented with ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

- Three years of relevant work experience
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Overnight travel may be required periodically to attend conferences.
