Structural Engineers

Our client is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting calculations and analyses to support the design of prefabricated structures. This will involve using advanced engineering techniques and software to evaluate the strength and stability of these structures, as well as ensuring that they meet all relevant codes and regulations.

• Conduct calculations and analyses for prefabricated (pre‑engineered) structures.
• Design and review structural components, including steel, wood, and hybrid construction.
• Utilize engineering software (e.g., CAD, RISA, other structural design tools) and Microsoft Excel for analysis and markup.
• Communicate and collaborate with engineering, sales, estimating, and production teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and client requirements.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not mandatory). Candidates with BSE and PE license or EIT progressing toward PE may be considered.
• Strong background in structural calculations for steel, wood, and prefabricated buildings.
• Experience with component calculations, roofing, sheathing, fasteners, and integrated steel chassis.
• Proficiency in structural design software and Excel for calculations.
• Ability to design, review, and submit stamped drawings by an engineer of record.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (dependent on experience). Full suite of benefits, PTO, bonuses. EEO statement.
