We're looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.

You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, while gaining familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll also provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.

As part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll design and optimize control systems, developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, and documenting and modeling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control
• Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other controls applications

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Engineer in Training (EIT)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Forward thinking and eagerness to learn best practices
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and drive to broaden knowledge base
• Ability to collaborate in multi‑disciplinary teams
• Passion for buildings and construction
• Experience mentoring junior professionals or leading small teams
• Experience with Data Center Design
