Our client, a leading federal defense contractor is seeking an RF Integration and Test Engineer. You will be a member of a cross‑functional team responsible for system integration and test of hardware/software components for complex GPS and navigation systems. You will contribute to CONOPS, requirements validation, system verification, performance analysis, design support, integration, test, and verification of these systems.

As part of the Smart Munitions team, your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in the planning of technical approaches, resources, schedules, budgets, and equipment required for the testing and evaluation of new RF and GPS/Navigation systems, products, and special devices.
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs.
• Design test fixtures and equipment.
• Complete specifications and procedures throughout the engineering development lifecycle.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to work being performed.
• Able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (active Secret is preferred).
• BS degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of job‑related experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of job‑related experience.
• Proficient use and understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories related to RF and GPS/Navigation systems.
• Experience generating system test work products by applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
• Experience preparing test and diagnostic programs, designing test fixtures and equipment, and completing specifications and procedures for new products.
• Experience developing and conducting functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems.
• SW Tools:
  Python scripting and MATLAB for determining the output of simulations.
• HW Tools: multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers.
