OverviewThis position is for an experienced Systems Engineering professional in the Mission Systems Secure Systems Department. As a Systems Engineer on the Cross‑Domain Solutions Program, you will design and develop military products ensuring safe and protected communication. You will interface with multi‑discipline engineering teams to create total system solutions addressing customer needs.
What You will Do- Perform architecture and design at all levels of the total system product.
- Conduct functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition.
- Analyze decomposition of customer specifications, develop verification criteria and plans.
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification & validation, cost & risk analysis.
- Assist with bid and proposal efforts.
- Technical leadership experience, mentorship opportunities, exposure to influential individuals.
- Experience working with subject matter experts, security and crypto certification specialists.
- Knowledge of security‑hardened products and evolving industry.
- Degree in STEM and minimum 8 years relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government secret security clearance.
- Experience with systems development process: requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, verification/validation, transition to production.
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework.
- Strong communication skills, experience presenting technical data to management.
- Experience with Embedded Systems and Digital Hardware architecture/design.
- Experience with tools such as DOORS, CAMEO.

$101,000 – $203,000 USD. The range is a good faith estimate applicable to all experience levels.
