Stonhard is seeking a Process Engineer to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and support capital projects. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, PFMEA, standard work, and CI programs to boost efficiency, reliability, and safety on the shop floor.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years manufacturing experience (GMP preferred), and familiarity with PLCs, MES, and 24V controls. This is a full-time on-site role.
