Floor Staff - $15/hour - Closers Needed - Free Movies!
Floor Staff members work at Regal in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. They are classified as variable‑hour, part‑time fixed, part‑time regular, or full‑time hourly employees. Their primary responsibility is to ensure guests receive exceptional service and to act as a Regal representative in line with company mission and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operate the POS system and ensure accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, redeemed tickets, passes, and coupons
- Upsell and suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX)
- Promote the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
- Respond to phone calls and guest questions in a manner consistent with Regal’s guest‑service philosophy
- Operate the POS system and manage checkout cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, and redeemed coupons while maintaining concession stock inventory
- Promote the Regal Crown Club program
- Operate, prepare, and clean all concession‑related equipment
- Upsell and suggestive selling
- Comply with all local, state, and federal food‑safety laws
- Maintain up‑to‑date alcohol certification and training where necessary
- Tear tickets, collect and deposit stubs, and direct patrons to auditoriums
- Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable
- Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats in auditoriums
- Enforce the MPAA rating system
- Inspect theatres to monitor picture and sound quality, guard against film theft, and maintain a safe environment
- Report any problems, discrepancies, or unusual situations to management
- Perform in‑auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management
- Clean auditoriums after shows and maintain clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways, and other non‑auditorium spaces
- Monitor the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment
Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management.

Education/
Experience:
Completion of the cast certification program as a cast member and as a box‑office cashier, or progress toward completion.
If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include selling/serving alcohol, completion of mandatory state or local training and a required certificate is mandatory. Additionally, completion of the Regal Entertainment Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University is required.
Language Ability: Good public speaking, effective listening, and clear direct response.
Math Ability: Perform calculations quickly and accurately, identify and correct errors.
Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data, note possible causes, evaluate information, recognize alternatives, reach conclusions based on evidence, act beyond what is necessary, and perform under pressure.

Physical Demands: Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling; lifting up to 60 lb. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
