As a Branch Operations Lead in a Chase Branch, you'll be at the heart of our branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager, branch employees, and our team of experts. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients' financial transactions are handled with precision and care, all while adhering to our policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. A typical day will involve assisting clients with their transactions, introducing them to self‑service options, building lasting relationships, and reviewing branch operations to keep the team informed about the latest policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
  • Greet clients warmly, demonstrate genuine care and concern during interactions, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
  • Engage clients with clear, polite communication, anticipate their needs, and ensure a smooth visit by checking them into the waiting queue.
  • Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, resolving client issues quickly and effectively while adhering to all bank policies.
  • Introduce clients to a friendly branch team, facilitating seamless service and assistance with specialized financial needs.
  • Simplify clients' banking experience by sharing self‑service options accessible anytime.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to support all aspects of branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, And Skills
  • Commitment to adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Leadership skills and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion for educating the branch team and partners, keeping them connected and informed.
  • Excellent client engagement skills, ready to educate them and refer them to team experts when needed.
  • 1+ years of retail banking experience.
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, And Skills
  • 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
  • College degree or military equivalent.
Training and Travel Requirement
  • Successful completion of the Branch Operations Lead Training Program is required.
  • Ability to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings.
