Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Turbo Tax Live Seasonal Local Service Experts in one of our new Turbo Tax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Turbo Tax Live - Seasonal Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Work on‑site from a Turbo Tax location, serving customers both in‑person and virtually using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Leverage tax expertise to provide full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Assist with simple W2 filings, navigate life events (marriage, children, elder care), and handle more complex tax scenarios such as business income, amendments, or investments.
• Act as the go‑to expert for clients and play a key role in growing Turbo Tax’s client base within the local community.
• This role is non‑exempt and requires onsite presence on a seasonal basis.

• Provide Tax Expertise:
  Give hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for Turbo Tax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations. Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador:
  Cultivate a robust customer base for Turbo Tax, serve as the local face, engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long‑term clients through outreach and local events.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently:
  Represent Turbo Tax in the community, host learning events, participate in local marketing efforts, and demystify taxes.
• Build Relationships:
  Connect with people, demonstrate empathy and sensitivity to financial concerns, and build long‑term trust.
• Deliver a Best‑in‑Class Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Create an exceptional experience, interact with customers in‑person and via video tools, and help them overcome tax‑related challenges.

• Active, unrestricted credentials: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule of at least 24 hours per week at a Turbo Tax location.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a Turbo Tax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Must reside within the United States.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
