Asset Recovery Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-driven Asset Recovery Specialist to support our dealerships and administrative team. In this full-time role, you’ll manage charge-off accounts, legal documentation, payments, bankruptcies, and vehicle recovery processes while delivering responsive service and maintaining compliance. If you take initiative, work well under pressure, and want to grow with a strong team, we’d like to meet you.

- Prepare, update, and maintain charge-off files.
- Process bankruptcies and file proofs of claim.
- Schedule auction sales for repossessed vehicles and post proceeds.
- Process, post, and import customer payments.
- Prepare and send files to attorneys promptly and accurately.
- Contact customers and vendors to locate customers or vehicles and follow up on payment arrangements.
- Handle accounts in accordance with federal and state requirements.
- Two years of legal or collections experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to protect confidential debtor and legal information.
- Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
