Experienced Tax Preparer PTIN

• Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Enter and organize financial data accurately into our tax software
• Collaborate with experienced tax professionals to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Learn and adapt to new tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge

• Prior experience in tax preparation or is required

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education in accounting or finance is a plus)
• Proven experience as a tax preparer or in a similar role
• Proficient in using tax preparation software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and recordkeeping
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes
• Understanding of tax laws and regulations
• Ability to perform financial analysis
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
• Proficiency in debits and credits concepts
• Familiarity with financial sales concepts and strategies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
