Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments, is seeking to hire a Hair Stylist for our onsite Wavelengths Salon and Spa. This salon is one of the many amenities available for both employees and the public within our mall.

• Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend styles and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards, including laundering capes and towels daily.
• Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive salon environment.

• Valid Indiana cosmetology license.
• Proven experience as a hair stylist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hair care techniques, tools, and products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
