Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Counselor will be responsible for providing individual and family counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and charting sessions. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate and timely records, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing crisis intervention when needed.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Relevant licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• Experience in individual, group, and family counseling
• Experience developing treatment plans and conducting assessments
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely records
• Experience providing crisis intervention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
