Kingston at Dupont is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) to join our Memory Care community, where you’ll provide specialized support to residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. • Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide respectful, person-centered care tailored to residents with memory challenges.
• Monitor resident health and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Support a safe, structured, and comforting environment.
• Engage residents in therapeutic activities that promote dignity, connection, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and fellow care team members to follow individualized care plans.

• Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana (required).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in memory care, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training provided).
• Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented personality.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to meet changing resident needs.
