RN Telemetry ACT:

Advance Cardiac Therapy

Duration:13 weeks

Shift: Days 7a-7p, every other weekend,no call, option for block scheduling. Holidays required.

GH:72 Bi-weekly

Certifications required:

ACLS / BLS REQUIRED

Ratio:1:4 or 1:5 but no more than 1:6

RTO:maximum 1 week.

Scope of role :

Advanced Cardiac Therapy Unit. Primary patient populations are Heart Failure patients or patients with cardiac primary diagnosis (NSTEM, STEMI, s/p Watchman or Cath Procedures, New onset A-fib, A-fib w/ RVR). Manage cardiac drips (Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dobutamine, Heparin) and IV pushes of Metoprolol, Lopressor, Digoxin, Cardizem, etc). MS/Tele patients with cardiac history.

Preferred experience/skills:

Telemetry Knowledge (Rhythm Interpretation)

Years of experience required:1-2 years MS/Tele experience
