• Develop and implement individual support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans, replacement behavior trials, and reinforcement plans consistently.
• Provide positive behavioral supports according to individual BSPs and reinforce socially appropriate behavior.
• Engage individuals in preferred in-home activities continuously.
• Assist individuals in planning and participating in community activities regularly.
• Provide transportation to clients for daily activities using personal vehicle as directed.
• Participate in incident debriefing to determine factors leading to behavior and develop appropriate staff interactions.
• Model appropriate behavior and interactions with individuals.
• Lift up to 50 pounds up to 33% of the time, stand and walk 67% to 100% of the time.

• High school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, and mental health conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
