• Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols.
• Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria.
• Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use.
• Talks up all the other great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments.
• Maintains a current massage license (as required for the state of IN).
• Provides consistent and stellar treatments up to 7-8 times per day.
• Is a steward of the Woodhouse Brand, ensuring all treatment areas meet Woodhouse standards.
• Always improves skills by attending continuing education classes.

• High School graduate.
• Background Check.
• Completion of Fort Wayne Massage Institute program or equivalent; eligibility to take MBLEX to become a licensed massage therapist in IN after program completion.
• Willingness to commit to the program and to a subsequent work agreement with Woodhouse Spa (18-month term) as applicable.

Training Program:
Fort Wayne Massage Institute is an accelerated 16-week massage therapy program guided by experienced professionals in a hands-on environment. Upon completion, participants will be eligible to take the MBLEX exam to become licensed therapists in IN. This program is designed for recent high school graduates or individuals seeking a career change through a short, fast-paced training path designed to prepare you for real-world practice.
