• Schedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections, etc.
• Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizations.
• Maintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in EMR.
• Collaborate with extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concerns.
• Ensure all services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.

• High School diploma/ GED or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Time‑management, collaborative, and multitasking skills.
• Understanding of substance use and its biopsychosocial consequences.
