Full-time, 40 hours per week, in person

We provide a supportive, therapeutic environment where patients receive comprehensive care, and our clinicians have the resources and team collaboration they need to focus on what matters most: supporting long term healing and recovery.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults facing substance abuse and mental health concerns
• Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients toward measurable progress
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians in a team-based care model
• Support patients and families with education around coping strategies, recovery, and mental wellness
• Respond with empathy and professionalism during crises or escalations

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Active Indiana licensure:
  LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or PsyD
• Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
