Interim Health Care is hiring Hospice/Home Health CNAs to provide one-on-one care for patients in Fort Wayne, IN and surrounding areas. You will care for seniors in their homes, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a team of hospice nurses to follow each patient’s care plan.
We offer a competitive pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, mileage reimbursement, flexible schedules, and no nights or weekends, with 1:1 CNA-to-patient ratios.
