Responsibilities- Review insurance coverage and eligibility
- Process insurance authorization requests
- Monitor authorization status and deadlines
- Follow up on outstanding items
- Communicate with insurance representatives
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Support the intake and ongoing service process
- Assist with additional insurance-related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years Healthcare authorization experience, required
- Experience working with insurance providers
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
This position is remote after initial training.
Hours are 7a-3:30p, or 8a-4:30p
