We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our dedicated team at the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Ft. Wayne, Indiana.

• Handle daily operations and oversee all areas of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales.
• Market the hotel's quality product and services, exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent for a WOW experience.
• Supervise and mentor hotel employees, motivating them as part of a team.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and outstanding service.
• Coordinate with departments to achieve budgets and build strong working relationships.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
• Create the hotel’s annual budget and track performance throughout the year.
• Produce and explain monthly financial reports.
• Deliver strong financial performance while maintaining guest relations.
• Collaborate and learn with other ZMC Hotels General Managers.

• Experience in hotel general management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build and motivate a team.
• Customer‑service orientation with an ability to resolve issues quickly.
