Responsibilities
- Clean assigned rooms and common areas to meet quality standards.
- Assign room‑cleaning duties to attendants by shift and finalize daily paperwork by shift end.
- Inspect all rooms and common areas each day to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Supervise the day‑to‑day operation of the housekeeping department and assist with inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
- Strong communication skills: ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to handle diverse personalities and situations and make quick, sound decisions.
- Motivation to achieve high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Availability to work weekends.
