ResponsibilitiesAs a People Operations Partner, you will work in a dynamic environment with multiple time‑sensitive priorities. You will partner with Jacobs’ Centers of Excellence stakeholders and business leadership in a defined geography to align talent strategies, oversee implementation of initiatives, action plans, and processes to improve critical organizational performance. Your role is key to Jacobs’ growth, profitability, and overall success. In partnership with business leaders, you will advise and coach on workforce planning, talent acquisition/mobility, compensation, change management, retention, engagement, employee relations, and legal challenges.
You will act as an advocate for employees, collaborate with leadership to solve workplace issues, and analyze data to proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks. You will implement and enforce HR policies to ensure consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field
- At least 3 years of human resource experience with success in employee relations and performance management
- Proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization to inspire trust and confidence among a diverse set of stakeholders
- Experience handling internal company investigations within Employee Relations or Human Resources
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
- Thorough critical thinking and problem‑solving skills; demonstrated by the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action
- Demonstrated commitment to workforce diversity and inclusion

- Well organized, leadership skills, and the flexibility and adaptability to change direction instantly to meet dynamic organizational needs

- Master's degree in a related field
- SPHR credential
