Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $87,000.00 Annually

Position Requirements:

Active TS Clearance with eligibility for immediate SCI & SAR is required.

Experience with Nuclear Command & Control (NC2 / NC3) is required

At least 5 years of experience in the following:

• Conductingoroverseeingoperationalorsystem-level assessments and developing assessment criteria utilizing DOD and CJCSI technical and operational guidance.
• Staffing products for review at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff,andDODOSDleveltoincludeadjudicationofcommentsand finalizing publication ready documents.

Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) represents the capabilities which enable the President to exercise nuclear command and control authorities and the Department of Defense’s (DOD’s) nuclear forces to act upon the President’s direction. The NC3 Enterprise is critical to deterrence and credible nuclear war fighting, but it has not progressed at the pace of technological innovation. The NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) was established to address future strategic environments, monitor and assess current capabilities, define future NC3 architectures and ensure modernized NC3 capabilities align with the nuclear triad.

Position Overview:

The contractor shall assist the government in the enterprise assessment oversight program. The team shall assist in defining, building, and executing assessment plans and schedules; developing result reports; providing input supporting trend analysis; recommending special focus items in support of assessment criteria; establishing feedback methods for after-actions reporting; and track assessment issues and resolutions. Assessment products will aid in root cause analysis, operational certification, risk assessment across the enterprise, sustainment, modernization, and acquisition efforts.
