SaaS Integrator Senior

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

SaaS Integrator

• Manages integrations, resolves escalated SaaS-related issues, and optimizes service configurations for IL5/IL6 environments.
• Supports the stand-up and tear-down of SaaS capabilities.
• Defines data mapping, triggers, and workflows for seamless data transfer between systems.
• Implements chosen integration tools.
• Implements integrations into the live environment and monitoring them for ongoing performance and troubleshooting any issues.
• Tests integrations to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
• Ensures data flows smoothly between applications.
• May train and educate users on how to utilize the integrated system and its functionalities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 3+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Salary and Benefit Information:
The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
