System Administrator at Adaptive Mobile Security

Role Overview:
We are seeking a System Administrator to manage, maintain, and continuously optimize our IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing Linux-based systems, virtualization platforms, and network environments, with a strong focus on automation, performance, security, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Linux-based servers and virtualization platforms (Open Stack, Proxmox).
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, routing, and monitoring.
• Automate configuration and maintenance tasks in Linux environments.
• Monitor system reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with other teams on infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, System Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong understanding of networking and switch management.
• Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Open Stack and/or Proxmox.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Bash scripting).

Additional Knowledge That Would Be Considered a Plus Includes:

• Basic knowledge of electrical installations and electronics.
• Experience in IT or lab equipment maintenance.
• Experience with passive lab hardware, cabling.
• Knowledge of Docker and/or Kubernetes.

Language Requirements:
