- Lead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices.
- Replace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutions.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goals.
- Design and maintain networks across on‑prem, cloud, and virtual environments.
- Monitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threats.
- Support VOIP, remote access for staff, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
- Travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support.
- 4+ years of network engineering experience in multi‑site or enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
- Experience transitioning away from Cisco platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus points for CCNA/CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experience.
- Lead network modernization across a large enterprise.

- Quarterly Bonus Structure:
Begins accruing from day one.- Expected bonus:
Up to 40% annually, based on company performance. - Minimum ROA bonus: 20% annually, paid quarterly.

- $70K base + 20% bonus = $84k total base + bonus.
- $75K base + 40% bonus = $105K total base + bonus.
