• Lead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices.
• Replace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutions.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Design and maintain networks across on‑prem, cloud, and virtual environments.
• Monitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threats.
• Support VOIP, remote access for staff, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support.

• 4+ years of network engineering experience in multi‑site or enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT.
• Experience transitioning away from Cisco platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus points for CCNA/CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experience.

• Quarterly Bonus Structure:
  Begins accruing from day one.
  • Expected bonus:
    Up to 40% annually, based on company performance.
  • Minimum ROA bonus: 20% annually, paid quarterly.
• Total Compensation Examples:
  • $70K base + 20% bonus = $84k total base + bonus.
  • $75K base + 40% bonus = $105K total base + bonus.
