Network Engineer

Description

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you’ll monitor and maintain networking equipment for multiple clients, respond to technical support tickets, and assist with project development and rollouts. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving, communication, and independence are key to success.

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize networking equipment and systems
• Respond to client tickets related to Windows Server and networking issues
• Assist with planning and executing IT infrastructure projects
• Provide Tier 1–Tier 3 technical support
• Document network diagrams, workflows, and procedures
• Support Junior Technicians and contribute to team development
• Ensure compliance with security standards and system updates

• Routing and Switching
• Windows Server Administration
• Active Directory
• DHCP & DNS
• Office 365 Management
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Fortigate Firewalls
• Aruba Switches and Access Points
• Certificate Management

This is an on-site position based in our Fort Wayne office, conveniently located off Dupont Road. You’ll work with clients across various industries and collaborate with a supportive technical team.
