• Account Managers are the primary day‑to‑day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers. They are accountable for facilitating team service deliverables and managing accurate, efficient, and effective responses, requiring subject‑matter expertise in client services and coordination, insurance processing and customer experience delivery.
• Placement Specialists strategize placement approaches for complex accounts, evaluating large deductible programs, captives, and layered insurance towers to deliver optimal risk transfer solutions. The role requires independent decision‑making, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and close collaboration with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners.

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and accept directions on given assignments.
• Proficient with MS Office products, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems required;
  Applied Epic preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy.
• Effective teamwork and strong customer service skills.

• 2+ years of relevant insurance experience.
• Emphasis on mid‑to‑large commercial account placements preferred.
• Current Property & Casualty license in the state where you reside.
• Pursuit of a professional designation (CRM, CISR, CIC, AAI, ARM, CPCU) preferred.
• Experience with a broker/agent, including marketing large middle‑market accounts to carriers with excellent market knowledge.

The base compensation range for this position is $39,000 – $174,000. Placement within the range is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, location and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership and cross‑functional partnership.
