* Job Summary:

** Application Fulfillment Specialists assist agents with the procurement of their client’s life insurance, long term care, and disability policies.
*
* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Complete applications directly with the client, coordinate signatures, order exams, and other related requirements based on age, face amount, and individual carrier guidelines.
* Explain next steps and underwriting process to clients.
* Maintain excellent oral and written communication with the agent and client throughout the procurement process.
* Update all parties on status, requirements, etc.
* Record receipt of application, all relevant medical information and pertinent details in our AMS (Agent Management System).
* Utilize and drive e-solutions; be able to educate and walk clients through the e-signing process.
* Develop cross departmental relationships to advocate the smoothest client experience.
* Evaluate the need of each call to determine the best course of action for the agent and client.
* Identify potential underwriting roadblocks and evaluate the next steps with your internal underwriter.
* Partner with contracting to discuss contracting requirements and appointments.
* Coordinate scheduling applications with agents, clients, or internal sales team.

*** Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
* Adaptable and flexible
• Exceptional communication (phone, in-person, and email)
* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional follow-through
* Track record of success in fast-paced customer service environment
* Associate degree
* Equivalent combination of education and experience
* Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
* Life insurance license or willingness to obtain in the first six months
