As part of the Integrity Marketing family, the Producer Services Contracting Team ensures agents are correctly appointed under Ash Brokerage with appropriate payment structures.
Job SummaryYou will coordinate and prioritize the timely gathering and processing of required licensing documentation necessary for agents to be appointed at carriers and contracted under Ash Brokerage. You will be an integral part of an agent’s dedicated team, including internal and external sales and case management.
Primary Responsibilities- Maintain ongoing knowledge of carrier appointment and contracting requirements.
- Gain working knowledge of Ash Brokerage’s software platforms.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Be well‑versed in all of Ash’s partner accounts and determine how an agent should be contracted by product line.
- Work with carrier contacts for exceptions (e.g., agent declines, dating issues, etc.).
- Be responsible for setting up an agent with a carrier so they can write and be paid for insurance business.
- Consult with advisors on best practices related to contracting and commission payouts (agency commissions, licensing status, LLCs, corporations).
- Detail‑oriented and accurate.
- Sense of urgency.
- Quick learner / coachable.
- Effective communicator through all available channels: phone, email, instant message, etc.
- Strong customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, plus two to three years of related experience and/or training, OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.) required; prior CRM experience is a plus.
- In‑office for the training period.
- Hybrid schedule can be approved after the training period.
- Option to work in‑office daily if preferred.
