The Ash Plus team offers a client‑centric service that was designed to enhance the placement of insurance by partnering with the nontraditional advisor and adding concierge support at the retail client level.

Application Fulfillment Specialists assist agents with the procurement of their client’s life insurance, long‑term care, and disability policies.

• Complete applications directly with the client, coordinate signatures, order exams, and other related requirements based on age, face amount, and individual carrier guidelines.
• Explain next steps and underwriting process to clients.
• Maintain excellent oral and written communication with the agent and client throughout the procurement process.
• Update all parties on status, requirements, etc.
• Record receipt of application, all relevant medical information and pertinent details in our AMS (Agent Management System).
• Utilize and drive e‑solutions; be able to educate and walk clients through the e‑signing process.
• Develop cross‑departmental relationships to advocate the smoothest client experience.
• Evaluate the need of each call to determine the best course of action for the agent and client.
• Identify potential underwriting roadblocks and evaluate the next steps with your internal underwriter.
• Partner with contracting to discuss contracting requirements and appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling applications with agents, clients, or internal sales team.

• Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
• Adaptable and flexible
• Exceptional communication (phone, in‑person, and email)
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional follow‑through
• Track record of success in fast‑paced customer service environment
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain in the first six months
