Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and related risk areas. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, proactively counsel to reduce risk, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Your level of responsibility will grow rapidly as you deepen your knowledge of this dynamic industry.

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other risk areas.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, proactively counseling to minimize risk.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
