Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (average base + commission!)

We’re looking for a Junk Removal Driver who can confidently represent our brand in the field, provide exceptional customer service, and help customers say goodbye to clutter, all while delivering a smooth, stress‑free experience.

What You’ll Do Customer Service & Onsite Sales

• Provide a friendly, professional experience from start to finish.
• Walk customers through the service, answer questions, and build trust.
• Evaluate items onsite and quote jobs confidently based on volume.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (full cleanouts, additional loads, labor services, etc.).
• Collect payment onsite and close out jobs with great communication.

Hands‑On Junk Removal

• Safely lift, load, and transport items from homes, offices, and job sites.
• Protect customer property and maintain a safe working environment.
• Donate and recycle items whenever possible, helping reduce landfill waste.

Driving & Teamwork

• Drive company vehicles safely.
• Work as part of a supportive, hardworking crew.
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism in the community.

What We’re Looking For

• A people‑person with strong communication and sales instincts.
• Someone who enjoys physical work and staying active.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repetitively.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional, positive, and ready to help customers in sometimes stressful situations.
