RESPONSIBILITIESYou are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you will:

- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Communication skills – comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Standing most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking – for short distances and durations; surfaces include ceramic tile / bricks with linoleum.
- Sitting – paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting – bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds, stacked up to 72" high.
- Carrying – large cans (~3 ¾ lbs), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs per tray).
- Pushing – trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lbs force.
- Climbing – infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders.
- Environmental exposures – varying weather, 36‑90°F, food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Delivery of product by car to a customer at the door. Deliver flyers and door hangers.
REQUIRED DRIVER SPECIFICS- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Stooping/Bending, Forward bending at the pizza assembly station;
Waist bending necessary for the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting performed occasionally. Reaching: continuous up, down, and forward; occasionally above 72". Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms, wrists, and jaw for pizza dough shaping and box assembly. Machines/tools: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and peel.
