• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain environments managing vendors (e.g., suppliers, manufacturers) or Third-Party Logistics groups.
• 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
• 10 years of experience in managing vendor and outsourced providers.
• 10 years of experience in scaled and supplier operations and project management.
• 10 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
• Knowledge of SQL, analytics and Operations Six Sigma certification (or other relevant operations coursework).

In this role, you will be the leader of how Google optimizes daily logistics processes while incorporating current industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement recommendations, managing the implementation of changes within operations, standardizing user documentation, creating processes that motivate action, and interacting with all partner teams. You will initiate and oversee operational improvement efforts for NASA Google Cloud Logistics (GCL), analyze operational impacts to inform improvements, work with key stakeholders, motivate innovation within the operational teams, and create presentations or documents for the leadership team highlighting operational performance and improvements.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
