Job Summary:The Director of Events and Partnerships manages all fundraising events, donor cultivation events, rentals, and public facing programs. This role builds partnerships with sponsors, businesses, and community organizations to increase visibility and revenue. Works evenings and weekends as needed for event execution.
Key Responsibilities:Event Planning
- Oversee the full lifecycle of events including planning, logistics, and execution
- Track event performance and recommend improvements
- Develop and steward partnerships with community organizations, vendors, and sponsors
- Identify sponsorship opportunities and support recognition fulfillment
- Manage rental inquiries, contracts, communication, and client relationships
- Support revenue goals through excellent customer service and relationship building
- Support budget planning with the Director of Advancement
- Supervise event staff, volunteers, and interns
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in event planning or fundraising events
- Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
Full time
Salary:$45,000-$50,000
