We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale structured cabling and integrated systems projects from initiation through closeout. This role serves as a key client‑facing leader, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and oversee all phases of assigned projects, from kickoff through completion
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers, aligning project execution with business objectives
• Drive safe work practices and ensure compliance with company and client safety policies
• Strategically plan and allocate resources to support project success and risk mitigation
• Foster a culture of employee empowerment, accountability, and proactive hazard prevention
• Manage project schedules, costs, and performance to meet or exceed project plans
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance to ensure compliant delivery
• Implement effective installation strategies using industry best practices
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract documents, schedule, and budget

Travel:
This role requires overnight travel as needed

• BS in Project Management or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• 7–10 years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects
• Experience across multiple contract types, including lump sum, GMP/cost plus, unit price, design‑build/design‑assist, and T&M
• BICSI RCDD, RTPM, or PMP preferred; additional BICSI certifications a plus
• Strong change management skills with the ability to identify and implement change events
• Knowledge of construction technology platforms, quality standards, and safety requirements
