Crew Chief

In this role, you will be the first responder on restoration and water mitigation projects, managing the entire restoration workflow and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the customer and client experience, communicating clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervising their activities.
• Document restoration projects thoroughly to support the services provided.
• Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
• Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

• Effective oral communication skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
• Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law.

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Exposure to chemicals.
• Walking, standing, driving, sitting, and climbing for long periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Ability to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces.
• Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
