The batch makers are responsible for mixing the raw chemical materials to create our products.

• Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.
• Follows batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.
• Monitors and controls mixing equipment and other instruments in order to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions.
• Adjust a batch under QC guidance until it is approved.
• Follows manufacturing schedule and works with Supervisor regarding any potential improvements or concerns.
• Cleanup work area to company standards.
• Ensure work area is safe, clean, and free of recognizable hazards, communicate all spills or other hazards immediately to floor either supervisor or safety.
• Comply to all PPE standards.

• Basic math skills.
• Operate high-speed disperse rs and other handling equipment.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Read digital scales.
• Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred

1 st Shift 2:20 am-11:50 pm M-F

This position has an hourly range of $20 - $21.00 per hour. The range represents the expected hourly range for this position. The actual hourly range may vary based on several factors, including relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.

Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2025. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
