Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

• Troubleshooting and managing the plant optimization of control systems including PLCs, VFDs, I/O, vision systems, HMIs, industrial networking systems, DCS system, and automation and control software
• Ability to configure and make programming changes to PLC, HMI & robots
• Assist technical services in machine repair, changeover, set-up and operation as required
• Perform all preventative maintenance requirements as scheduled
• Have mechanical aptitude that compliments electrical capabilities
• Ability to schedule time, materials and equipment required to perform tasks, and to properly use and complete required documentation
• Support of Production as and when required
• Work cross-functionally with maintenance and production
• May be required to design and draw schematics for equipment updates
• Work with outside vendors effectively coordinating work
