The Quality Technician is responsible for maintaining quality standards of produced parts while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Regular part inspections on the floor and in the laboratories
• Utilizing various gages and measurement techniques to verify dimensions of production parts
• Operate computerized gauging in quality labs
• Inspection and disposition of gages
• Complete weekly LPAs
• NCM inventory and organization
• Meet time and schedule standards assigned for work
• Identify and record any problems relating to product, process, and quality system
• Provide input on improving operation efficiencies
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Operate machines in accordance with process sheets and any other required paperwork (i.e., drawings, specifications, etc.)
• All other duties as assigned
