** Job Description Summary
** The Quality Technician is responsible for helping to maintain quality standards of produced parts while adhering to the company policies and procedures.
** Job Description
*** Regular part inspections on the floor and in the laboratories
* Utilizing various gages and measurement techniques to verify dimensions of production parts
* Operate computerized gauging in quality labs
* Inspection and disposition of gages
* Complete weekly LPAs
* NCM inventory and organization
* Meet time and schedule standards assigned for work
* Identify and record any problems relating to product, process, and quality system
* Provide input on improving operation efficiencies
* Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
* Operate machines in accordance with process sheets and any other required paperwork (i.e. drawings, specifications, etc.)
* All other duties as assigned
