RoleAs our Warehouse Shipping Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely shipment of customer orders while supporting inventory control and sample fulfillment. You’ll work closely with customer service and sales teams to maintain exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities- Schedule and prepare outbound shipments according to company guidelines.
- Verify and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, packing slips, and pick lists.
- Finalize shipments in SAP and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process and ship sample requests, maintain sample inventory, and ensure proper packaging.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counting activities.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification preferred).
- Work in accordance with all company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, quality, product safety and legality, security, and regulatory compliance as applicable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification and prior logistics experience preferred.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
