Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in our food manufacturing facility in Grabill, IN
. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills, along with experience working with PLCs and automated systems. This position offers weekly pay and steady, long-term work in a manufacturing environment.

• Maintain, troubleshooting, and repair production and extrusion equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and keep machines running efficiently
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs and control systems (Fanuc robot experience a plus)
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair records
• Follow all safety procedures and support company safety standards
• Work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs and automated systems preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Welding, fabrication, plumbing, and machining experience a plus
