Maintenance Technician – CNC & Industrial Equipment (3rd Shift)
Location: Fort Wayne, IN (Onsite)
Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $26–$30/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting experience to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines, lathes, and mechanical presses
, along with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, warm forge presses, and industrial equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues
- Maintain and repair AC/DC drives, servo motors, and PLC-controlled systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints
- Document maintenance activities and collaborate with engineering and production teams
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong experience with CNC machines and mechanical presses
- Proficiency with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens preferred), AC/DC drives, and servo motors
- Solid electrical troubleshooting skills (mechanical experience a plus)
- Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed
- Industrial automation and controls experience
- Preventive and predictive maintenance background
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- On-site role at the Fort Wayne manufacturing facility
- No relocation assistance provided
- Candidates must be willing to work an overnight shift full-time
