• Coordinate employee activities.
• Assist in all items associated with the quality system.
• Implement continuous improvements to the production program.
• Assist in employee problem response and resolution.
• Maintain customer quality standards; ensure the quality of production; take corrective actions as necessary.
• Meet production schedules, measure KPIs, and develop & implement countermeasures to meet KPIs.
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping, safety, and general maintenance.
• Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
• Administer provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Maintain discipline within the department.
• Keep daily timekeeping and production records.

• Bachelor's degree in business or a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Knowledge of machine setup.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
• Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
• Ability to lead projects.
