This role is responsible for handling and inspecting finished products for defects and packing them into cases of various sizes for shipment or storage. Packagers will assist Machine Operators in pulling product from machines and properly placing them to the correct boxes for shipping.

• Reach above and below waist and shoulders

High school degree or equivalent

2nd Shift 3:15 pm-1:45 am M-TH

This position has a salary range of $16.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location

HOURLY Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2026. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
