This role is responsible for performing advanced electrical installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance throughout production areas, facilities, and grounds. Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, PLCs, HVAC systems, and electrical panels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems such as wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and control panels.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable National, State, and Local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory usage.
- Update and maintain equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic, VFDs, motor controls, and automation components.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to learn and perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attendance record required.
Full Time
ScheduleM-TH 6:00AM – 4:00PM. Possible and probable overtime based on production schedule/need
Compensation$25-$30 per hour
